ClickCompliance is a cloud-based compliance management solution, which assists energy, finance, insurance, and construction companies with compliance and policy management. Key features include document management, internal chat, process automation, notifications, and approval workflows.
The ClickCompliance platform comes with a document management module, helping users generate acceptance evidence with date/time stamps and login details, manage document validity with revalidation process notifications, configure multi-level document approval, and upload meeting minutes to register participants’ agreement. The chatbot provides suggestions and policy references to employees, resolving compliance related queries across operations. Administrators can also generate graphs and reports by user, department, management, policy, and more.
ClickCompliance comes with an API to facilitate integration with third-party applications, such as Active Directory, Office 365, and G Suite. Its whistleblower portal enables stakeholders to register complaints and allows managers to configure complaint resolution workflows, as well as monitor complaint types and classifications. The solution is also accessible to external users including suppliers, channels, franchisees, and more.
