We love that it automatically organizes the routes to save on driving time, love that is stores client profiles, love all of the scheduling features, and love the payments portal.

Crew Control gives me the tools I need to manage scheduling, memberships, payment plans, customer organization, and day-to-day operations without spending hundreds of dollars per month on enterprise software. While the mobile app and interface could be improved, the value for the price is hard to beat.

The custom tags are extremely useful for organizing customers by service type, property type, location, maintenance plans, and more.

You can add or adjust the crews' schedules on the fly and add notes and pictures easily while in the field doing quality control.

This can result in missing documentation and images being left off invoices, which impacts both recordkeeping and billing accuracy.

We would like to be able to emphasize notes on job cards that might just be a one time note versus a note that is there every service. If you don't make sure to read it, it is hard to tell the difference.

The biggest downside is the iPhone app. While it works, it's not ideal for management, dispatching, or quickly adding customers while out in the field.

I do wish there were a few more visual tools, or other ways to see reports on financials and hours vs. budgets, etc.... and a way to bulk-download my photos from jobs.

Right now the Forms function is buggy and not working for complex forms, I have a case with the engineering department at Bops, now.
