Dabblefox enables facility cleaning by defining tasks based on the time required per base square footage, organizing assignments into cleaning profiles, and determining frequency of cleaning based on desired space profiles and maintaining desired cleaning levels (eg. APPA, ISSA, or custom).
Key features of Dabblefox include a custodial database, work loading management, equipment tracking, speech recognition, quality control, inspection tracking, and related scope management. The solution allows users to customize tasks and ratings, add images/notes to assignments, and send manual, automatic, or recurring tasks via email to members. Users can archive inspections, which can be filtered, sorted, and exported as reports to improve inspection performance.
Additionally, using web-enabled mobile devices, staff and supervisors can track inventory and warehouse supplies based on reports generated, ensuring adequate supply of facility assets.
