What is dProduction ERP?
dProduction ERP is a business management software for manufacturers of upholstery, padding, and foam for furniture and beds. It covers all processes: from raw material procurement, sales, and customer relations to time and attendance control and accounting. It controls the warehouse stock of raw materials and finished products, as well as monitoring demand for products by planning manufacturing needs.
With the e-commerce tool, the customer can access images, data, and catalogs, and control the orders placed, in order to streamline and improve the B2B relationship. It also allows notification by SMS of different offers and promotions as well as delivery dates. It has a time and attendance control system so that personnel can register entries and exits during the working day, in compliance with current legislation, by means of card, key, or fingerprint.
The tool also has an internal messaging system to streamline communication. dProduction is integrated with the accounting software Contadoc, for financial management and taxation. Statistics and graphs are produced in real-time with the Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI) tool, to analyze information and make business decisions.
