Cority is the environmental, health, and safety software my company uses for multiple functions, most notably safety incident reporting and tracking.

It’s a powerful platform that delivers real value once fully implemented. While it requires some time to learn and set up properly, the long-term benefits in efficiency, compliance, and data visibility make it a worthwhile investment for most organisations.

Marketing

Cority works well when the objective is tracking EHS incidents, compliance obligations, risk assessments and audit trails.

Compliance

It is not a blocker for standard use, but in a more controlled or high-volume environment it can require additional setup, internal rules, or administrator support.

Consultant

it covers a wide range of EHS needs (health, safety, environmental, compliance) in one platform.

It’s very powerful for tracking incidents, managing risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

When using Cority for the first time, there is a little bit of a learning curve to understand how to navigate the software and properly input data.

Regional Manager - HSSE and Contract Management

Sustainability will give awareness about how Co2 is impacting on our overall environment, humans, animals, etc and how to reduce Co2 from their operational services by implementing various mechanisam & initiatives.

I will suggest, its should be made mandatory to every organization to reduce Co2 from their services/operations and submit report to governing authorities which will help the globe to bring more sustainability at faster speed.

Limited flexibility in notification customisation

What I liked least about Cority is that it can feel quite complex and not very intuitive, especially for new users.

I love that I can manage all my administrative needs with one tool.

While the interface feels dated, the pros do outweigh the cons when it comes to Cority.

Strong reporting and analytics capabilities

After your first couple of logins however this becomes very straight forward and essentially second nature.

Diary is good or searching for appts that are scheduled, but difficult to use for scheduling without using the availability finder, which is not working

Cority has a lot of customizability which is very helpful for various reporting and data analytics.

I was not involved with the core team in building the companies platform within Cority, so I feel like I missed out on a lot, which probably could have been beneficial to me as an administrator.

Cority was able to respond to my request promptly and inform me they will be personally looking into my issue.

It is used by many large companies and is able to customize the solution to a degree if you're willing to pay.

Takes care of the issue in a timely manner and explains what's going on.

Such as entering training into the Training module.  

Incident Manager

The platform is incredibly easy to use, allowing our employees the freedom to take the self guided assessment at the most convenient time and pace versus scheduling out a third party to come and do an assessment.

HSE Specialist

Help desk is great and the consultants are well verse din HSE and the system.

I like that they have step by step instructions that are easy to understand.

Occupational Health Technician / Cority Admin

As a large Occupational Health team looking after 15,000+ employees and numerous external contract there are a couple of things missing - it isn't easy for our recruiters to search the dashboards, although I understand Cority are working on a solution for future releases.

They have a overly intense emphasis on hitting the deadlines at the cost of implementation quality.

Cority analysts are knowledgeable & helpful.   

There is also a great community behind it where people can come together to answer questions and propose software changes.

Cority is a powerful platform with tons of features and lots of integration opportunities.

Seems pretty friendly to use for the most part.  

Cority supplied us with our own dedicated implimentation consultant ([sensitive content hidden]) who was extremley knowledgeable - They provided us with excellent training which made the move from our old clunky system to Cority GX-2 a fairly painless experience

Unlike the software we had before, Cority connects many sections like the incident management, claims management, employee demographics, environment etc into one system and so is easier to use.
