The Receptionist for iPad is a digital visitor management system designed for streamlined front desk operations. The only con I can think of is the customer service, it was difficult to get hold of our rep after several emails and calls to setup our service from a free trial, we almost decided against using Envoy but I so glad we didn't give up.

Envoy makes it easy to keep track of all visitors coming into the facility for any reason (employee, vendor, visitor, member, etc.) by using one of the three options of manually signing in via iPad provided by Envoy, scanning a QR code, or manually signing in via website.

With Covid Envoy has come up with useful tools for us to you to keep the system touchless which is very helpful as well as the ability to pre-register visitors and add in signable documents.

Visitors that are elderly or not tech savvy have a harder time not  using  paper to check in , but Envoy visitors makes it  simple to walk them through and the larger font feature is also an asset.

The program is easy to learn/use and the best part is "the Bot" and if the "bot" doesn't answer the question, we are immediately directed to a "live" person.

It takes 90 seconds to come back with something (on a fast phone).
