The only draw back is that's its python based might not be feasible for other companies.

Tables are not easily readable and the scrolling is painful.

This area of the system needs some attention from the development or documentation teams.

It’s great out of the box but customization is not as intuitive.

It took less time to report a bug and get it solved in the past......
