Pros

The software facilitates a great way of communicating in a decentralized organization to ensure items are completed in a timely fashion ensuring a quality product for our customers.
They have a fantastic team to work with. Again, the ease of using the software, the customization to my specifications and so much more is the reason I have stayed with them for so long.
Ease of use is great; Captures all user requests easily; Report generation is great for trending information; great way to reconcile requests, at the end of a given period.

Pros

After research, focused on Limble and was immediately impressed. We watched their series of videos and within a week, had created the assets and PM schedules and were up and running.
For me the ease in which we could set this up was great. I'm old school and like paper, so this was new your me to have and it was so ease to use that I can't believe it took me so long to get it.
I especially love the accessibility of having it on my phone. As a manager always on the go, it is so easy to communicate with my crew when there is a work order that needs taken care of immediately.

Cons

The only con for us is because eWork Orders is a cloud based system we can't use it for problems involving internet or power outages.
There are a lot of CMMS systems out there that are very costly.
There is no partial item count (ex. Received 2 of 3) on the purchase order record if there is a partial receipt.

Cons

No more heaps of paper and losing hours looking for info from piled stationery.
There is no offline version, for it to work you have to be online - something i am sure they are working to do though.
The mobile app can be difficult to use when starting out.

eWorkOrders - a very good CMMS and a good value

I helped implement and currently help administer eWorkOrders at a company with three sites with no previous CMMS. The implementation, training, Go Live and ongoing support has been excellent. I have helped companies implemented several CMMS systems over the past five years and eWorkOrders has been the best at implementation and support.

Pros

Easy to import / upload information Cloud based solution - can access eWorkOrders anywhere Work Request portal - anyone can enter a work request On Line training modules Checklist capability - great for tracking inspections Query and Reporting options Tech support responsiveness

Cons

The initial PM set up was a bit confusing in terms of assigning the assets to the PM. The on line training video was improved to help make this easier to understand

Pros

General ease of us whether it is general work orders , PM management asset management or work order tracking. WE LOVE THE ENTIRE SYSTEM. We have been using this product for 14 years. It is miles ahead of any other CMMS software I have used previously or have been exposed to on other sites.

Cons

I really don't have any dislikes with e work orders. If you encounter a problem or have a feature you would like to add the e work orders tech support is OUTSTANDING.

In a past life, I was a database manager and I believe I have kept up in most areas of information technology. So I think I'm qualified to say that this software has been designed with the end-users in mind. It's easy to set up and easy to maintain. The real selling point though is the company's customer support. From the first email reply onward, the customer support has been phenomenal.

Pros

Ease of set-up and Customer Service We looked at several CMMS packages before settling on eWorkOrders. We needed a program that we could set up quickly and get moving on to satisfy regulatory requirements. eWorkOrders had our back. With the provided training and set-up support we met our deadline and are now fully running with the software.

Cons

The software didn't come with an army of robots to actually perform the work... Seriously though, this is a well designed software solution.

It's got all the features of the expensive CMMS I've used and is affordable and user friendly. Most of companies I work in have absolutely nothing and that's why I get called. I go in and install a Maintenance Process. The most important step in my process is implementing a used friendly CMMS. Most companies don't have a "computer person" within the Maintenance Department so I pick a Trades person...

Why choose eWorkOrders? It's the best one I found!

I needed a CMMS system that was simple enough to use for the hourly mechanic and production operator, but it needed to be sophisticated enough for the engineers, production supervisors all the way up to the plant manager. This product met my requirements perfectly.

Pros

It is very easy to use. I demoed/tried three major CMMS software systems and hands down this is the best one on the market. I have been using the product since the middle of 2015. The have great customer support. Hundreds of reports to choose from and if you can't find a standard report from their list of reports, they will build a custom report for you.

Cons

None. I know that sounds crazy but I cannot find any problems with their product. I use a combination of standard reports, custom reports and lots of data manipulation once I extract the data from the data base (ex. download data in excel format, sort, pivot, graph and finish with PFD reports).

I really enjoyed E work Orders and like that they are on top of everything and fast service. They make you feel #1 and if there is a problem, they will go out of the way to fix it or customize the layouts to help. I like that they can help you during implementation and during that first 6 months of using the new Ework software they do not charge of have hidden fees when you need help.

Pros

I like that it is customizable for you and the company needs. You can ask any customize and Ework will accommodate. Very fast service and even after hours and weekends.

Cons

Not very much not to like its really good. If I had to suggest I would say for CMMS tracking Meters for Semi Trucks may need a little touch up but also depends on the company that is using the meters. For inventory view definitely warranty tracking needs to be an option Shelf Warranty vs In use Warranty

Best CMMS I've ever used. Period!

Hands down the best CMMS I've ever used and I've used a few. I love the simplicity, plus the ability to add what ever pieces you need as you grow and develop. We have multiple sites, a couple folks and love the mobile app. Plus its very affordable, you need to see for yourself. This makes my job so much better, easy to track, easy reports, simple enough us old dogs pushing retirement can do it. And depth to do things you don't have to do, it offers a lot. If your looking at CMMS, you best give this a try. I will recommend this product to all my facilities friends. Great product, great support, great people, best bang for the buck! We love it!

Pros

We really like how quick and easy eWorkorders is to use for both the individuals requesting the work orders and the maintenance techs. Maintenance communication, scheduling, and documentation has always been a challenge at our facility and eWorkorders has helped overcome that obstacle. The transition from our prior CMMS to eWorkorders was quick and painless. This software is a great value. It has everything we need now and for our future.

Cons

We haven't come across any issues so far.

I would absolutely recommend this system as a plug and play application that is very intuitive. I have used other CMMS' in the past, and I can tell you that I spend little to no time with application problems; this web-based system is the way to go. Let the experts maintain the foundation while I focus on my business.

Pros

Very simple to use system. Support is very responsive. Requests for new reporting is met with enthusiasm and created very quickly. Suggestions for changes/ improvements are considered and acted upon quickly. I am very glad I chose this system for the museum.

Cons

Would like to see an inventory component interlaced into the system.

Great option with great support

There are a lot of CMMS systems out there that are very costly. We needed something that we could customize for the many aspects of our company and make fit our culture. We operate water/sewer and power facilities and our staff wears many hats. One minute we're blue collar the next white. Crossing over from tools to records keeping is paramount for us. eWorkOrders was/is a great fit.

Pros

I can not say there was one thing in eWorkOrders that I would point to and say that's why I would recommend it. I would say the flexibility offered was really what our small utility was looking for. Not to downplay the size as I think this would work on any level. Easy? That depends on the person setting things up and their ability to work with eWorkOrders staff. Open minded and flexible. There is always a learning curve but our staff has picked it up quickly.

Cons

The flexibility can sometimes be a double edge sword. If your users find things can be manipulated they will request you cater to them in that aspect. This I find to be a management issue and not really a con but something that could be for some. Missing the true ability to use remotely off line. That's the biggest complaint I find but our staff are great at thinking outside the box and we may not necessarily be using the product as it was intended. Again not a con for us but could be for some.

A Work Order System without all the Work

As the Facilities Systems Manager for the US Senate Sergeant at Arms, we found eWorkOrders very user-friendly and comprehensive enough to meet our needs. With our very high security standards, we were very impressed with the preventive measures that the eWorkOrders team has in place to protect our data and our CMMS related processes. Working with the eWorkOrders team has been a great experience. The team always picks up the phone and accommodates our requests, no matter how crazy the request may be.

Pros

I liked that I didn't need to be a computer programmer to use eWorkOrders.

Cons

I don't have any cons with regard to eWorkOrders to pass along.

A Chevy Corvette in a Ford Focus package

Positive to outstanding.

Pros

This software has an ease of use and covers so much of what's needed. We run our business on it and it has performed flawlessly. It has so much "bang " for the buck. This software performs with or better than any other CMMS software on the market. The initial set-up and implementation was super fast and all questions arising from it being new to my team were answered within minutes of reaching out to customer support. If price was no object, we would still use eWorkorders. I have customized it with no issue and train new people all the time. Fantastic Software and Customer service!!!

Cons

Cons are few. I would add a picture and document function into the original package and charge for space beyond a certain limit. Add a color option for text in the work order so you can highlight or bold things you want to stand out. Add a lock function to the notes. This would prohibit anyone changing a note and date for nefarious reason (CYA). That's about it.

E Work Orders has enabled us to become a data driven department. Our prior CMMS software could only tell us how many work requests/PMs we did. E Work Orders opens up a whole new world of reports pulling data from as many or as few fields as needed. The speedometers and graphs on the Dashboard are great for a quick look. Josh in Technical Support has been absolutely awesome! I email him and he responds so quickly, he's always so helpful, giving me step-by-step instructions and is so patient with all of my questions! This software has transformed how we manage our work orders and preventive maintenance.

Pros

From the administrative side to the technicians to the people submitting work orders is so user friendly!

Cons

Honestly, anything that I have asked if E Work Orders if it can do, they have been able to accommodate. I've been very impressed.

A Top Flight Product That Fits Any Budget

I conducted extensive research of web-based Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) looking for the best product available for an entity with a limited maintenance budget. eWorkOrders won hands down! The support staff is one of the best I ever encountered! An example is when I have asked for additional reports to be designed for my use, they first researched their extensive report library and sent me an existing report or modified an existing report to fit my needs. They did this without a charge, when they could easily have just created a new report and sent me an invoice for payment. You will have to spend many thousands of dollars to get a product with more bells and whistles than eWorkOrders. I highly recommend this product and the people behind it!

Pros

eWorkOrders is easy to use. The advantage of the product being web-based, over a stand-alone product installed on the users server or desktop computer, cannot be overstated. The ability to receive instant feedback from customers when a work order is closed out has allowed me to quantify and measure the new emphasis we have placed on an increase in quality customer service. I have many lessees in city-owned buildings that never before had access to the city Intranet based work request system and were forced to place a work request through e-mail, the telephone or a verbal request to a passing maintenance worker. With eWorkOrders, all my customers now can enter work requests that I am able to respond to immediately, receive feedback, measure and develop reports from a single database.

Cons

As with any system, eWorkOrders works best with internal admin support. However, we have been able to utilize it well with intensive training of the maintenence staff; with all entries being made by the maintenance workers themselves.

The support we received during go live as well as after has been fantastic. Our customer support manager, Ciro Cuellar has been fantastic. They are always looking to help and make the product better.

Pros

We were replacing an outdated Access database and the transition was simple. We were able to replace the functionality of the database with little effort. The software not only replaced the Access database, it exceeded its capabilities by a large margin.

Cons

Currently have no cons with Limble CMMS software.

Best CMMS system I've ever used.

Limble has made my life extremely easy, and has streamlined a lot of processes that affect several different departments. QC, maintenance, production, and management have all benefited from this system. The user friendliness has made it easy to implement for employees who do not have much experience using a CMMS system. The customer service? Absolutely second to none. I have never had a question go unanswered, and sometimes I like to use the chat feature just to send memes to the customer service reps on the other end of the computer. Seems to brighten their day. I never plan on switching CMMS systems, and would plan on using this anywhere I go.

Pros

As someone who has worked as a maintenance mechanic, maintenance planner, and supervisor, I have seen workflow through many lenses and worked with several different CMMS systems. This is the best CMMS system I have ever used based on the customization options, user friendliness, and customer support. After using this system, this was an easy sell to a company that did not previously utilize a CMMS system. I couldn't be happier.

Cons

My only complaint is that when multiple pictures are uploaded to a work order (especially one that is in progress for days or weeks), there is not an ability to scroll through those pictures. Each picture must be closed and a new one opened. This comes into play with work orders that require a long time to complete, and a visual progression through pictures would be nice to have.

Limble is a great platform for tracking inventory and is incredibly easy to use. I use it every day. It's super easy to integrate new assets into the program.

I really can't think of anything I dislike. It's leagues better than any other CMMS service I've used

Ease of use and customize to my needs

With Limble in place i am able to keep up with my preventative and predictive maintenance far better than I have been able to in the past. I am able to keep a closer eye on my parts and materials inventory, better manage my time on projects and maintenance as well as see where my costs to the company can be reduced or at least better managed.

Pros

I liked how easy it is to learn, set up and implement.

Cons

At this stage of my experience with a CMMS I have found no issues with the product Limble offers.

Pros

The Limble CMMS is very easy to work with, in fact it's also kind of fun.

Cons

The only thing that I would say needs work is the licensing for the users.

Limble CMMS Rocks!

The communication and action tracking in Limble is phenomenal. The requester stays aware of the progress or any change of their specific request. The technicians are able to easily do the "paperwork" with 90% being done on their phone in the field. Photos are easily put in by the requester, technician, planner or whomever accesses the task. Management is able to create meaningful dashboards and tweak them easily in order to find just the right information to give to upper Leadership. It's been the best thing we've ever done for our Facilities Department.

Pros

Limble CMMS implementation has been the easiest software I've ever worked with. The Limble team was incredible with consistent training sessions and being available to answer questions at any time. We had this up and running so fast that we had to push our communications team to move up the notification that the Limble CMMS work request was active. The daily use, creating PM schedules, job plans and setting up dashboards are very intuitive. It takes very little training to get started and the learning comes easy.

Cons

We have not found a negative aspect of Limble CMMS. It's doing everything we hoped for, and so much more.

Was able to support our customer in achieving a positive customer audit.

Pros

Comprensive CMMS program that is easy to create from scratch. Great support from an expert to get started.

Cons

No real issues , but would be nice to have some of the reports export to excel reports. It is hard to come up with any significant issues that I have with this program.

My experience with Limble CMMS

Limble CMMS have changed our maintenance department from reactive to preventative maintenance.

Pros

I started a new work position and faced a lot of challenges, I needed something that would give me the tools and support that would help me make a success of what was expected of me. Limble CMMS was so easy to apply and get my preventative maintenance schedules done, I managed to setup all our machines within a couple of days. The software is very flexible and you have the ability to design and redesign effortlessly.

Cons

Having to setup the preventative maintenance templates from start to finish I would have wanted an option to copy and paste between templates and not just between instructions while constructing a template.

Vendor response

This is really good feedback! We like your idea of being able to pull in instructions from other templates. Our development team has put that feature on the list of features we will create.

This has been a vast improvement to CMMS that I have used in the past.

Pros

The ease of use and ability to facilitate tracking metrics that were difficult to define for our industry.

Cons

The inability to remove any of the features that we do not use. (ie PO modules)

That's where Limble really shines because it automatically collects data like how long it takes to complete tasks, which asset that time was spent on, etc. Then the dashboard pulls it all together and you suddenly know which employees are your best performers, which equipment is costing the most for repairs, etc. Anyway, that's all just to say that we appreciate you taking a moment to shine a light on that value for others who are searching. Limble CMMS is one of the most practical cloud Asset-Management solutions. Has the solid foundation for more development and could compete with much more expensive CMMS solutions (big names.) The only and serious drawback is the Customer-Service team (not up to the solution capabilities.)

- Excellent Ticketing System- Dynamic Dash-Boards- User friendly CMMS Environment - Designed by Asset-Management experts: could be tailored to actual Asset Management processes

- Limited file extraction capabilities- Needs more Financial tools- Slow and improper Customer-Service

My overall experience has been great we made the switch a few month ago and my entire team agrees we should have searched for replacement CMMS years ago and joined Limble a lot of issues from our previous CMMS would have been avoided

Pros

I like the fact that changing a schedule is drag and drop, can easily get data out from the global dashboard and can get to a granular level to see how effective your team is and which areas are weak that need to be improved.

Cons

Honestly so far there isn't anything I don't like. If I cant find the information on the Limble YouTube channel or help center I reach out to my CSM or though the help chat and get assistance from [SENSITIVE CONTENT] or [SENSITIVE CONTENT] everyone in the Limble Organization that I have met has always been helpful

Not designed for a Manufacturing Company

I initially evaluated 4 different systems and was excited that Limble had good reviews and looked like a nice application. A few months in i discovered it was not designed for manufacturing. The Asset was not the driver of all information. The expect me to have a separate PM for every asset and i have hundreds of similar assets. Limble keeps changing features and then asking foe more money if i want those features back.

Pros

Point and click, windows based interface was important because my team had never used a CMMS and it would need to be easy to navigate

Cons

The back end was not designed as an asset based CMMS. it was clumsy to implement, the reports are not catered to manufacturing. The asset does NOT drive all the information. PM's are difficult to implement and track. There is no way to know how many PM's are coming in the future.
