I didn’t have to jump between a bunch of different systems to get things done, which made daily tasks a lot smoother and less frustrating.

Overall, my experience with FacilityOS was mostly positive. Once I got past the initial learning curve, it became a really useful tool for staying organized and keeping track of daily tasks.

There were moments where the system felt a little slow or had more steps than necessary, which could be frustrating, but it didn’t take away from the overall value.

Having everything in one system made work easier and helped cut down on confusion and missed details.

I liked being able to see updates in real time and knowing everyone was working from the same information.

Tech support does help get them online, however we shouldn't have to completely reinstall the system and get a code from iLobby every time it updates (whether through iLobby or through the App Store).

it will report an error of a camera malfunction and not report an error reading the face.

We have 6 iLobby units with thermal cameras.

There was some work that had to be done with the IT department to get them set up correctly. And they were very helpful.   

No real issues have presented themselves other than what we have experienced from a platform based problems.  

This is unnecessary and I've had to instruct my IT Teams to refuse this request.
