Would not be a review if I did not mention the field techs losing their work when signal is spotty - the offline method has not been successful for us yet.

The Quick Books syncing is terrible and is mostly related to QB online but they keep claiming they will make it compatible with QB desktop but have yet to, to my knowledge.

If there was a way for us to use the map feature to see where all of our customers are located when there is no task assigned to them that would help us out tremendously in scheduling routes checking in with past customers.
