Would not be a review if I did not mention the field techs losing their work when signal is spotty - the offline method has not been successful for us yet.

The Quick Books syncing is terrible and is mostly related to QB online but they keep claiming they will make it compatible with QB desktop but have yet to, to my knowledge.
