Ease of use. The mobile app and QR code stickers make production floor maintenance easy. Creating and finishing work orders are quick enough that we now log everything.
In work orders with long labour task lists, it is a pian having to select an item, having the list reset and scroll back down to select the next.

Overall very satisfied
Ease of use and able to select several different screens form the same page, PO to WO to Receipt to Equipment etc...
A few minor quirks, more of nuisance than anything

The ability to see all of my work orders. I like that I can go through the quote process and easily select what product I need to add to the quotes.
The app I do not like. For me, I do everything on the website because the app is limited and do not trust it. My pay is directly linked to how I process the work orders and I can’t trust my pay with the app.
Hi Justin, thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear that you find the Fiix mobile app limited. We have added a lot of new functionality and user experience improvements to the app over the past couple of months such as quick complete options on your tasks. We'll make sure your Customer Success Manager gets in touch to walk you through these new additions and learn more about how we can improve the app.

The QR codes and the ability to print them is a useful tool in quickly identifying specific company assets. You eliminate having to read the extensive list of assets to select the one you need. you just scan the code on that asset and get immediate feedback for it. I also like the reporting feature. It already has canned reports that are useful tracking work order suggestions, request and completions. This is helpful for streamlining your general maintenance process.
There needs to be a feature that will let you print multiple duplicates of QR labels at a single printing.

We frequently need to use this in the field with no internet service. Even there it works quite well to do meter readings, and add work orders that sync when internet returns.
The app is useful. Has most features id like to see. The new roll out of the user login is much appreciated, so non maintenance can check the status of a work order.
Not easy to split a job among several days, or to show logged time on the day it was done. For example 4 hours on Tuesday, 1 on Wednesday, 8 on Thursday. It shows as completed on Thursday (13 hours). Wish that i could select a group of assets to sync on the app for when i visit a specific location.

Previously we used Microsoft outlooks calendar feature to organize our maintenance scheduling. This has greatly improved our planning capabilities.
Fiix is very user friendly. All the tools you need are at the touch of your fingers for a very reasonable price!
There is always room for improvement. Fiix should implement the ability to associate a work order with more then one asset. I would say that it would be even more beneficial to add a specific asset to a labor task. I think this functionality has been overlooked, often a work order pertains to more then one specific piece of equipment. For example; if I have a monthly filter check on my electrical cabinets...
