Overall this program is easy to use, you have a great video library of ‘how do’s”, the one-on-one training is very helpful. It is great that I can get so many things customized and it seems like there is no issues with anything that I ask for.
REPORTS Something that is very important in regards to stock and inventory is the Barcode/SKU as this is the one common thing that runs through all API, integrations etc. in my opinion these so these should be available for every report. That way I can run different reports and pull the data together using vlookup + barcodes(SKU’s). INVENTORY Current Stock Valuation Analysis When a company looks at inventory as a whole, these are the following things that I can look at a know, SOH, Landed value, Retail Value, Wholesale value of the SOH. SOH should not include any inventory that has been pre-sold. It should only include inventory that is available to sell now.

As a new user to CIN7, it has been a major change to our business to finally have a system that can provide our business with proper cost of goods sold for products. CIN7 is such an easy and flexible system and not only does it allows us to properly track our inventory at different branches, it's strong reporting mechanism helps our business not only track inventory but we can also report and forecast on our projected sales. Coming from a previous system where inventory was tracked manually, the time wasted tracking inventory and looking for batches has now instead given us that extra time to work and improve our business. I am looking forward to learning more of its features and functionalities as I use the system more.

You need to be careful when keying in a customer or supplier name, sometimes if you don't pick the correct one, it creates a new customer.

We have been operating our fitness apparel business since 2013. Our major challenges have been operations with managing inventory, reporting and finding a solution for our concept store POS and barcoding of products. CIN7 has solved all of these problems. We have been working on integration and they have been patient, comprehensive and a pleasure to deal always explaining each step and assisting everything is set up. We are already experiencing the benefits of the software and believe this will assist and growth plans heading into next year.

Paperless environment with accurate inventory.

Better Inventory, Better Fulfillment with Cin7
The import and export functionality is excellent,EDI in future will be significant in improving our effectiveness
Have yet to find any weaknesses. The Cin7 product has 98% of everything we are looking for. Hopefully Cin7 can connect to MYOB in future.

Excellent since we have started using this more for sales and inventory management.
We can track our inventory as well as sales to make sure that we have inventory on hand at all times when needed.

Inventory management and EDI connection in one.
You will be working with real people and they are responsive and easy to work with. This product has good starting capability and is always expanding. I look forward to working with them long term.
Time difference makes working from the US a little challenging, but it's worth a few late nights and weekends.

I can honestly say that CIN7 has changed our business - for the better. With only 3 staff, and I feel that CIN7 in particular, has made up for almost 1 full time staff member in terms of increased productivity. I had the best on-boarding experience with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]. He made the onboarding so easy, and helped me understand how the system works. I have never had this type of experience. They are great to work with!

Does not read information from certain websites that connect to shopfiy - so we have to manually adjust inventory for sales that are not from specific websites

CIN7 help us to manage the wholesale and eCommerce inventory effectively. It integrates with Shopify and Xero. Now all prodcuts and inventory data are centralised in CIN7.
The steps of product mapping between CIN7 and Shopify takes too much time. The process can be simplified.

Good software, awesome onboard, but horrible customer service
Good software, able to track inventory when it works.
Reaching out to customer service even when you have a business critical problem they will not respond in a timely manner. We understand if its a small problem to get the loop around (still shouldnt) but when it is affecting business sales, it should be taken more seriously.

The onboarding process with the [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has been seamless and very thoughtful. This has made all the difference to what would have been a stressful process to migrate from the previous inventory management system and integrate to our new e-commerce platform.

We're very happy with Cin7 overall. We were ready to graduate from a simpler inventory and order management system that didn't support our manufacturing processes and had no integration with our accounting software. Cin7 has thankfully done the trick. If we hadn't found Cin7, we likely would've had to go with NetSuite or something like that, which is both significantly more costly and more complicated to integrate. I would highly recommend Cin7 for businesses with multiple sales channels and relatively straightforward sourcing/manufacturing processes.
- Supports B2B and B2C channels well, including integrated sales channels (Shopify, BigCommerce, multiple Amazon marketplaces, etc.), manual order entry, and EDI. - Accurate inventory management across multiple warehouses and sales channels. - FIFO inventory and manufacturing cost tracking from raw goods through processing/assembly and finished inventory. - Supportive, knowledgeable staff to help with scoping, implementation, and rollout.
- Account manager/implementation reps are attentive and helpful, but when something has to get escalated to Support, they are at times slow to respond and address issues. However, they are thankfully quick if something is urgent and business-critical. - There are a lot of details to learn how to use the software correctly, and unfortunately there is not a great way to learn these best practices. Was told to find a stock and inventory management system, that integrated with QBO, and have a B2B for under $5k per annum.... Looked at Trade Gecko, Dear, Shopify etc. none of these ticked our particular boxes. We went from tracking stock on Excel (200+ items) and regular customers (300+) to CIN7 and QBO. The more I use CIN7 the more I realize it is truly built as a stock and inventory management system. We have room to expand into it as our business grows, and will soon be taking it nationally (6 warehouses) The hardest thing is getting all you stock/suppliers/customers etc. into the format CIN7 requires (basic .csv file). I just wish CIN7 had their own support locally to help with integration.

- good reporting - actual inventory tracking and order management functionality is good
- accounting integration to QBO is terrible! Incorrect taxes coming in resulting in compliance flags all over the place. Payments aren't synced into QBO so those have to be manually managed. - system does not correctly calculate cost of goods sold or margins, a very dangerous place to be as an e-comm business. We were told several conflicting "facts" by members of their sales + support + product teams. - support team is very unhelpful and delayed in their responses

Cin7 Inventory is a cloud-based or web-based software, means it is accessible anywhere and anytime with internet connection, which makes it easy to do inventory control and tracking. Suitable for different business sizes.
The fact that it is web-based or cloud-based software, it needs internet connection to access. Probably not so suitable for businesses within the bad internet coverage.
