Additionally, I can store vehicle documents (registration, insurance cards, bill of sale, etc.) which is accessible by anyone in my company that we allow to access which is better than using something like DropBox, Sharepoint, or Google docs.

Security-wise, we have never had a concern, the system feels stable, safe, and professional.

I don't feel those sections should work solely independently.

There is not much scope for customisation of the Work Orders, which means that job cars which are given to the mechanics contains irrelevant information (for our uses) and the important information does not really stand out.

I like the features & how helpful they are.

The customization and its very user friendly.

I did it in the wrong order so it was showing that the vehicle didn't need maintenance until the next 7500 miles, instead of 7500 miles from the last maintenance. Once everything is entered properly, it works like a dream.

For the fleet management side, it is a great platform to keep track of maintenance intervals and takes the guesswork out of it.
