The ONLY thing I don't like about HelloSign is your customer service.   If I do have a problem, I can't pick up the phone and call someone.   And when I was initially signing up, [SENSITIVE CONTENT] rescheduled my webex about 3 times, finally I said forget it.  

It's been more than a week and we still are unable to use the service because their support reps are not capable to understand what happened and how to fix it.
