Sales

The ONLY thing I don't like about HelloSign is your customer service. If I do have a problem, I can't pick up the phone and call someone. And when I was initially signing up, [SENSITIVE CONTENT] rescheduled my webex about 3 times, finally I said forget it.

It's been more than a week and we still are unable to use the service because their support reps are not capable to understand what happened and how to fix it.

Director

In 6 years, we have only had to call for customer support a couple of times and each time the service was fast and easy.

Operations Lead

Support has been helpful when needed as well.

HelloSign provides legally binding, 100% digital eSigatures through our best-in-class developer API or our easy-to-use web and mobile interfaces.

Bookkeeper and Administrative Support in Canada

For example, when a document needs to be reviewed and signed by multiple people in a specific order, or when the next step depends on a previous approval, the setup can feel a bit limited.

I can take existing files, send them for signature, and keep everything organized in the same place afterward.

It worked at first, but as the number of clients grew, it became harder to keep everything organized. After I started using it, the process felt more contained in one flow.

Overall, Dropbox Sign feels like a tool that keeps document signing simple and manageable without adding unnecessary complexity.
