I liked how we can send customers messages. And how we can charge customers the deposit and payments through the invoicing option

You cannot have custom schedules for individual staff based on their own availability.

There’s no real phone-based support—only an answering service that redirects you back to chat.

HCP informed me they cannot determine the exact date of the change or provide copies of emails sent to customers during that period.

Complained that I gave them over a week to cancel and they refunded me but because I'm not in the USA it was less $10 because exchange rate movement. Since I've canceled they have phoned me multiple times each time I ask them to stop calling me and they don't respect it and call back.

Housecall Pro is a little more expensive then some of the other softwares to get into.

This completely negates the usefulness of sending emails directly from Housecall Pro.

This adds another frustrating layer of delay when trying to service clients quickly.

Housecall pro is a really good,simple software to use. If you want to really focus on data and bring your company to the next level you would do better on a more advanced system.

My main grievance: Emails sent to clients are done through HCP without providing the pros with copies of what's been sent.

We love using HCP in our office it has streamlined so many processes for us.

They blocked a credit card payment options for my account for the reason that my customer(foreign citizen) paid by his own foreign credit card my invoice which sent with Housecall Pro provided form. After they said- you have a chance for review after 6 months.
