It isn't possible to create a Packing List unless creating a shipping label which does not give us the ability to see a one page picking sheet on orders that we choose not to have sent to our External system.

In addition, it has a slick package for creating retail compliant GS1 labels which means we don't have to rely on someone going into SPS or some other EDI system to retrieve labels.

The ordering system is flexible to a wide variety of inputs, but the system would be better if it customized orders depending on the retailer. While I understand that this would be impossible for every retailer, it would be helpful if it included major companies like Amazon or Walmart,  so that orders could be broken down by retailer.

The processing time and app. When we have heavy days with orders, it feels like the system can't keep up so we are trying to sort orders and it takes forever for us to just get to where we can work them.

Infoplus has a myriad of functions, most of which we need and use to operate our business.   Once you get the hang of the platform, it's a lifeline to running the inventory and order processes smoothly.

You can sit back and watch your scripts and triggers take over your order processing and fulfillment.   If you are looking for something that is a bit more structured and turn-key, then this system might not be fore you- but we love that about it.

There are features such as add an item to an order.   Or delete an item from an order that would be amazing functions to have, but are currently not available.  

There are a few minor gaps in their labor management (productivity reports), but nothing we were not able to overcome by making some adjustments to reports or using in-house webapps.

It doesn't automatically save info and every time I have to use I have to spend time adding in info such as shipping address and so on.

Also, need to have a scan out feature for their pack-out so you can move the Rate Shopping to post-packout.

User friendliness on using the system could be a bit better, and the site lags sometimes, likely due to the volume of data being fetched for each table.

InfoPlus is like a giant spreadsheet.   Once you learn to navigate you can manipulate the data to provide almost any report needed.

Our orders are getting "stuck" between WooCommerce and InfoPlus and not flowing in to InfoPlus whenever InfoPlus does an update or has maintenance.

It is a bit clunky and not really intuitive, generating meaningful backup documentation is a bit of a pain at first.

We were looking for software that can handle multiple clients (LOBs) and their respective needs re order fulfillment, postage, packaging, etc., and Infoplus fit the bill almost entirely.

Once an order is processed, there is no way for the user to make changes to the order.

The ability to set tables for exactly what data you require is amazing.

They have a great support staff and a lot of online documentation but even then it can take a bit of time to get things figured out.

We struggled at first because things would take a long time and our orders of shipping out some inventory were'nt being processed in a timely manner.

i am not able to print pick list at one time for multiple orders.

Warehouse and Supply Chain staff are constantly required to use multiple "APPS" to answer basic questions.

It is very handy to have an App portion to be able to integrate with our scanners to move product around.

After some time, the company started using InfoPlus and the whole experience changed for the better, it's like the platform organized the company's complete operation.

The software is pretty flawless, of course there are bugs, but the main issue came from staff error, which is human.

Some fields that we would prefer not to have be customer facing are unable to be removed or hidden.
