What is InOrder?
inorder is an eProcurement solution which supports end-to-end procurement processes, from inquiry to accounting, with a range of features such as approval workflows, supplier management, reporting, ERP connectivity, and more. inorder offers a mobile-friendly platform, giving users the flexibility to access all of their information on the go via mobile and tablet devices. Customizable workflow and design tools enable users to adapt processes to match their company’s workflow. Approval workflows help users process requests quickly and reliably, as requests can be released in one click.
inorder enables users to manage purchase requisitions, complex release processes and goods receipts from a single platform. Users can simply fill their shopping cart from different product sources (their own catalog, eldurado catalog, free text product or OCI punchout), then create a purchase requisition. Once the release workflow is completed, the purchase order is sent directly to the supplier. When the user receives and checks the goods, they can then select the receipt in the system and approve the invoice to release payment. inorder allows users to manage suppliers and create reports on previous orders, as well as create tenders and manage users, roles and authorizations.
