we have 5 different approvers in our workflow one from each department and the attorney is the one who is using the turn feature but it incorrectly is adding in 'days' or time when other approvers are doing their checks.

Everything is organized so that no contract presents any problems with the stipulations.

I would like the 'turn's function to allow for each approver to have a turn function or to accurately show when the in house attorney is really reviewing the agreement and how long it has taken them as the approver.

I like about the user friendly interface and collaboration it got.

Inability to customize redundant expiration notifications to targeted users is a major flaw and may result in problematic and expensive contract key date misses.

The metadata makes is really easy to see all the important information related to the contract.

The only true Con I can think of is a better "audit" trail of the back end (like somewhere to see a date and time stamp of when users are added, removed, given permissions, etc.)

The limited customization options are another issue because it can be challenging to fully tailor the software to meet the particular requirements of my organization.

The dashboard shows the exact stage the workflow is in.

An in-flight contract needed to add an addendum page to the packet, and this doc had to be signed by Counterparty.

The Support team is also amazing, as I've recommended features that have been implemented in later versions of the program, and they really listen to their users and want to make sure we are taking advantage of all Ironclad has to offer.   And our business users absolutely love it!

Ironclad is missing critical contract management functions in the contract notification area.

The interface can occasionally be confusing, making it challenging to navigate and find the desired feature or option.

This has greatly improved the effectiveness of our contract review process and removed bottlenecks.

Highly recommend for a start up small to mid size business.
