What is iVisitor Management?
iVisitor Management is a visitor tracking software designed to help schools screen, identify and review check-in or check-out activities for visitors, staff members, students, and volunteers. Administrators can configure custom alerts, send them to specific personnel, and log activities or hours from multiple locations.
The system automatically creates reports about various check-in activities, captured images, or other metrics and lets managers use custom filters to search for required information, and export them in CSV or TSV formats. Schools can use iVisitor Management to log in student information and streamline sign-in processes in case of early dismissals and tardiness. Supervisors can also record working hours of volunteers, substitute staff members, students, and teachers and attach notes or attachments to alerts according to requirements.
iVisitor Management allows managers to access and review check-in or emergency information and receive alerts via email, text, and push notifications. The platform also facilitates integration with several third-party systems such as PowerSchool, Sterling Volunteers, and OneRoster, among others.
