There is no "change log" option to go back in time and determine which users made which changes in Jobber; the activity log is live ONLY, so we are only able to track/view the most recent 100 changes (which for our busy company is only about 2 hours worth of activity).

The biggest limitations for us are customization boundaries inside the quote templates and certain workflow areas that don’t go as deep as larger field-service CRMs.

When you view a photo, initially when we had jobber, you saw just the photo, now there is a large version of the photo in the background and the smaller photo in the center.

Like any software, there’s some minor annoyances with a few features such as not being able to send pics through the 2 way texting feature. But they’re always taking in feedback and updating or fixing issues.

It allows us to keep extremely detailed notes for each client and see clients schedule easily.

Landscape Design

The price is pretty expensive. If we have a service like Christmas lights (they pay in full at installation) but we have to come back and take down the lights, it feels like we have to re-open the job to schedule the take downs.

It has become the operational core of Brilliant Brothers Services and has allowed us to manage a high volume of work without sacrificing organization or client communication.

Clients with multiple properties, if we need to make a note on a specific address, we have to do that on the Client's main account and list the address and the note.

This feature appears to no longer be available an now we need to issue individual email reminders to each customer - it worked a lot better when we could bulk send reminders (perhaps this is available and I am just uncertain how to do it now).
