I would strongly caution other businesses to get everything in writing before signing, and to be wary of vague promises made during the demo process.

Even worse, once it became clear the system couldn't do what we needed, they refused to offer a refund which is over £1000

It has a User-friendly interface and it is amazing for time tracking.

It provides a solid platform for managing jobs efficiently, although it may require some time to fully adapt to its features.

Having run jobs for a team of around 50 engineers of various trades through joblogic for nearly 5 months I can confidently say Joblogic does the job for us!For an off the shelf solution Joblogic already offers a lot of functionality, a very intuitive user interface, flexibility in use of parameters and settings and all the job management tools you need on a daily basis.

The learning curve is quite steep at the start.

Feels like their focus is moving away from the locally hosted to cloud based ServiceSight product, so I'd advise anyone looking at Protean to ensure the solution they choose is the correct future-proofed solution for the business, as moving into or from Protean (or similar products) is not a small project.

We were weroring jobs Down in a book and were not keeping up to date on reporting and invoicing. Once we our popularity grew and couldn't handle the hard written process, tradify stepped in an automated everything.

I’d rather pay more for any other software or just persevere with what I’ve been doing for the last 22 years rather than be harassed as I felt I was ( you’ll need the software to help ease your workload because for the two weeks of your trial you’ll find your time being taken up by nuisance calls

The app isn’t very good and the site is difficult to access - always sends to the sales page rather than login

The job management function allows to you track time onsite and even pause the time to allow for trips to the wholesaler if required so you can then accurately bill for time on site and not guess and this benefits your client as you are not over charging them.
