biggest con is we run a lot of new york state toll roads and on ifta reports print out they do not break down toll miles vs regular road miles, just gives a total for the state.

so drivers still have to manually keep a written record of toll miles.   If you look at their faq page there it says they do but you have to go thru each trip, for each truck, each day.

Motive is fairly easy to use, their desktop give easy access to vehicle tracking, as well as use of camera to record event.

Motive has also embedded a two way communication tool that enable  us in the back office message and communicate with our drivers one on one.

They lock you into service, too expensive, when you need reports or features such as fuel logs, they charge you more and lock you further into the program. When you do pay for an added feature, that you need immediately, such as Fuel Hub, they take their time to install, then they never show you how to have your drivers log in their fuel purchases. When you work with them to promote their product and company,  the contacts you have just quit and leave, leaving you without warning and no way to talk to someone.
