Like any program, there are occasional slowdowns or small issues with updates syncing quickly, but overall the system has continued to improve and evolve over time.

The best part about Leap is having pricing right at my fingertips-it makes putting together estimates quick, easy and a lot more accurate.

Difficulty implementing certain custom processes causes you to be a little flexible or find a workaround.

The system can occasionally run slow, especially when loading larger projects or updating pricing.

They make you call them and speak with them directly (extremely difficult to reach them via phone, email or their online chat) to get rid of users. If you don’t know to do this (they won’t tell you outside of fine print), and simply delete one or more of your users yourself without reaching someone to officially request that they also delete the “license”, they’ll just continue charging you without letting you know.

It has been a positive experience overall, it is easy to create an accurate estimate and contract, and the program works quickly as you go to different parts of the program.

The only thing I can truly say is it logs you out after a certain amount of time but that’s for protection
