Asset essentials has changed how we are able to track not just labor but expenditures as well as gives us a better workflow allows for our personnel to generate their own workorders when they come across something, better dispatching of work we no longer have to go back to city hall for new work orders and can go from job to job easily with minimal backtracking.

A big advantage over before when work orders were in Maximo and facility project requests were not is that the system has greater transparency and is more modern and streamlined.
