A lot of times you will say "that makes sense if you think about it but I have never thought about it that way" in regards to system behaviors that seem like a bug or go against how you currently operate. Moreover, basic integrations, like with Google Drive, are limited and don't allow me to select specific save folders, which reduces flexibility and efficiency for our workflow.

The capability means you may also overcomplicate some parts of setup and may simplify them later on.

The initial quantity is very high and took almost 2 year to reach the Cap but once it was reached is caused a lot of issues and we had to start doing regular maintenance on the old out dated BOM's to get the numbers down.

The problem I have is that it takes a while for me to set my inventory up with MRP, but thats most likely because I have not had a great stock control earlier and I have choosen to convert alot of products to BOM in order to have full control of the products cost, time to make and stock for each part.

To have 3 small things done to the layout of invoice and packing list, they charge 23 hours x 150 USD = 3450 USD development work.

MRPeasy is a reliable tool that "does the job," but it lacks the polish and pricing flexibility of modern SaaS.

The learning curve is steep and will test your patience as you understand how different functionalities communicate with one another.

The pdf-editor gives you only little possibilities to adjust the print-outs, while internal pdfs can't be edited at all.

Inventory Management - After releasing Manufacturing Order ,stock is not deducted after finishing Manufacturing Order it will get deduct.

It integrates well with Quickbooks and it has all of the features needed by a food/supplement manufacturing company.

You can't make it appear in certain reports for the correct month.

I like that it dies barcoding and can hold our receipes.

I wish there was a way to auto email the vendor the PO directly from the PO once it’s been created, instead of having to download it and send it manually.

Multiple steps to workflows can be cumbersome.

They don't brush off issues and investigate issues and report back to you when they have been resolved.

However, this does not impact the overall functionality and reliability of the system.

Sometimes, some operations are quite repetitive like adding a file to many different items: manufacturing order, item with batch produced, inspection, ... But it's manageable.

In order to send an invoice I have to either switch to Xero and send from there, or download the invoice and attach it to an email.
