my-venue overview
What is my-venue?
my-venue is a web-based venue management system for event locations, event centers and congress venues. It combines inquiry and booking management, room and resource planning, customer data, quotations and invoicing in one workflow. Teams can document room availability and requested resources, create venue-specific quotes and invoices, assign tasks, and coordinate work across administration, technical and hospitality user groups.
The software provides booking, utilization, revenue and resource reports as well as revenue forecasts based on scheduled events. It supports customizable document and email templates, automatic reminders for open quotes, website inquiry and calendar integration, and the publication of public events. Electronic invoices can be generated as XML or ZUGFeRD/Factur-X.
my-venue runs in a browser and is optimized for smartphones and tablets; it is not a native mobile app. Daily encrypted backups and automatic updates are included. SAP ERP integrations, self-hosting, custom development and custom APIs are available as optional add-ons. BMD and CSV interfaces support data export.
