Pros

Pretty good, the speed of use really stopped me from using it and moving to Qwilr. The design kind of turned me away to find something more user friendly that my customers enjoyed looking at.
The sales, development, and customer service teams have been SUPER responsive and hungry for feedback. It's really impressive how invested they are in continuing to build and improve the product.
User-friendly interface ,simple procedures and seamless integration with other programs, make the progress easy ,even pleasant for both us and clients.

Pros

We use this software daily and have had great luck with their templates. Our customers have also let us know the software is easy to use, and they love being able to e-sign documents.
Overall, I am very pleased with HelloSign and feel that it is the best software in that particular field of expertise.
For a free account, the user experience is outstanding. It does what it's supposed to do without any frills/hassle.

Cons

If I mess something up, it's difficult to modify without starting all over from the beginning. That said, it's more than likely a user issue as opposed to a problem with the software.
Overall it was a terrible experience, from support to the actual product.
The only thing I struggle with is a slight lag on the website when actually creating content - I am unsure if and why this happens - however, I feel it could be slightly more responsive.

Cons

The only and biggest con to HelloSign is the inability to sign in blue ink. This is frustrating as a lot of our documents require signatures in blue, rather than black ink.
With very long documents, the buttons to go directly to the interactive part of the document does not work very well.
Biggest drawback for me is lack of a Microsoft Word add-in to upload/sign directly from Word instead of having to log into the website and upload.

Use it to sign documents for people who are not present and need to sign quickly.

Pros

PandaDoc takes the annoying task of having to print documents, sign documents, scan them, attach to an email and send, into a couple easy steps. It saves time and frustration of having to get to a printer/scanner and making it work in a crunch.

Cons

Sometimes the set up is a little hard to get going, but once you understand how it works it makes life so much easier.

Doesn't have all the features I am looking for, especially for the price. I will continue to use the product, but am looking for a replacement product.

Pros

Needed a product to have our customer sign documents online. The tool is easy for customers to sign and return the document.

Cons

The document to our customers comes from a panda doc email instead of our business email. This confuses some customers and some customers said the email went to spam. Also, there isn't a great way to edit the document once you upload it into panda docs. This would be a great feature.

I love the library of content that I can easily drag and drop to create documents. Also, really like the token features which allow customization with each and every document created.

Cons

PandaDoc does not integrate with Infusionsoft, but does integrate with other software we use such as Dropbox and Google.

I like that we can use this program to have people sign documents. It comes in handy when people can't physically come in the office to sign paperwork.

Cons

Thw program itself tends to be very slow. It will take minutes for the documents to open. When they do open, they take a couple minutes to focus, so all you see is blurry words.

I wish I could complete the proposal without a signature - for those that sign OFFLINE. Not Savy Computer users will print it out and sign it and then it is stuck in Pandadoc.

Sales, is, about efficiency. Having control of the little elements and details that quickly tend to be out of your control. PandaDoc makes things easier. The obvious is it allows you to create documents with easy templates and modules to follow. What I like most are the features that come after. When you send a document it lets you know when it is opened, how long its opened and which part of the document the receiver pays most attention to. That is an invaluable bit of information when entering negotiations. It also ensures accountability by recording every transition the document has undergone from creation, editing to approvals

Pros

The tracking and Audit trail features The activity log of the receiver's actions. Allowing clients to sign electronically. Adding an in-person sign feature for assistance by sales rep

Cons

Nothing at the moment. Yet to find something I hate about PandaDoc. Still using, will revert when I find one.

Pros

Allows customers to electronically sign documents. Great for sending quotations and proposals, or contracts. Easy to use modern interface. Integrates with other products like Hubspot and Salesforce.

Cons

At times the documents sent through Panda can go to clients spam folder. So the client may not receive the document.

Client Agreements Made Easier

It's great not having to meet clients in person all the time to have contracts signed! This software streamlines the initial on-boarding process for a new client, and saves me time.

Pros

My favorite feature is that I can upload my own PDF design and add pieces as needed! I also love that I can see when a client views the document, even down to how long they spend on each page.

Cons

I don't like that if I forget to sign an agreement, it expires without notice or warning in my inbox. I've had two fall through the cracks due to me overlooking having to sign myself (which sounds silly, but life gets busy), and I would have loved a notice that I would no longer have access to sign before it became unavailable.

It's fine, got the job done. I used it because an agency used it, and they were tight on a budget, so I'm guessing that why they used it.

Pros

It's easy to use, you can sign documents, and create a profile.

Cons

None of this is unique to the problem they are trying to solve. It's no different than signing a doc with Adobe or some other application.

I had all my legal docs for my business done in a week using the templates for pandaDoc and you can add Doc-u-sign with them so clients can sign contracts from anywhere and they can be customized for your business

I was looking for simple templates for my legal docs in my business and the ones on PandaDoc were perfect

That you have to pay $$ after the trial but it's worth it for the time and money you save not going to a lawyer for simple docs

Pros

Ease of use, creating and structuring bespoke documents for our clients to sign

Cons

The main page with documents listed is clunky and inaccurate. it takes more effort than expected to perform simple tasks such as deleting a document, involving navigation to additional pages

Pandadoc is an okay way to make proposals. It's not super easy, pretty, or functional, but it works.

When I was starting my business, it helped me make professional looking proposals that new clients could sign.

Pros

I like the pricing table feature. I like that it winds up looking okay. It took me a while to figure out how to format things, but once I did it wasn't too hard. I like that you can make templates.

Cons

I hate that you have to build it in order because adding a new element and then placing it within the doc is a royal pain in the ass. Formatting content is time-consuming and difficult. The design for the cover page is kind of pathetic. I once forgot to assign the signature box to myself and now can't sign the document, which is ridiculous. Creating signature sections is difficult and always looks terrible.

Pros

For the price, you really can't beat it. It made it very simple for me to upload my template and collect the signature.

Cons

It wasn't as powerful as docusign or pandadoc. It was difficult to customize the template further and the actual signing process was kind of clunky.

Okay product, but absoutely the worst customer service

Pros

Initially (several years ago) the user experience of this software was better than most, back when Docusign was the only game in town. We chose HelloSign based on that. Today that's no longer the case and there are many products with a better overall UI and user experience (UX), like PandaDoc.

Cons

The product support for HelloSign is absolutely the worst of any SaaS (cloud-based) document signing product available today. I'm not sure if it's the result of DropBox acquiring them and trying to save money, or what but if you have the option to choose a solution like this go with PandaDoc or even Docusign.

Extremely Poor Customer Service.

Easy to use software. Expensive for what you get though and the customer service is diabolical. Would not recommend them.

Pros

The ease of use, quick and easy set up of documents but this is common across all e signature softwares.

Cons

Their customer service is very slow. Everytime you message them it takes 24 hours for a basic response. There are plenty of other e-sign solutuions that are better, more cost effective and have much better support. We have been with this company for nearly 3 years, pay over $100 a month and the customer service is diabolical. We have chosen to go with PandaDoc.
