Sometimes we had trouble with QuickBooks syncing — especially with multiple company files — and occasional system bugs or connectivity issues arose.

It's an all in one platform handling handle payments, dispatch, scheduling, and CRM.

Refund processing works but feels slower for partial returns, and the navigation could be more streamlined—too many clicks to reach certain payout and transfer details.

This is a clear breach of good faith in contract performance. When I called to dispute this, two separate employees admitted that numerous customers are upset about these increases and further stated that supervisors refuse to speak to anyone.

The virus issue must be addressed  it does cause issue with cliental and does not exactly give the prompt image we demand .

It saves time and keeps projects and payments organized.

Office likes the reports and financing and scheduling.  

Despite having five months remaining on my contract, the company arbitrarily raised my monthly fee by 62%.

All-in-one business management software Payzerware is a very famous software among the industry.

The dashboard is clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate—even for new users.

Overall, it saved our team time and reduced errors compared to our previous system.

The tech's like the app in the field as well.

This behavior is not consistent with fair business practices and warrants BBB review.

We tried going through sales (because we are sure that matters to them) and we got through, but the rep disconnected us instead of getting us to a tech person.  

On two separate occasions, I formally requested to escalate this issue to upper management.

While overall solid, there are areas that need polish.

I have kicked everyone out and 90% of the time it doesn't even open.

The customer service sucks we cancelled our service  June 13 th didn’t get the exit survey til a month later then billed us for the month of July after we had stated we wanted it cancelled and will not help us or  refund us awful customer service.

The features on the desktop and ipad are not the same.

Until now they would have to call the office to make sure pricing was accurate.

We found that some items was lower than average and a couple was higher.

Some information doesn't import into Housecall pro.

It’s unfortunate that the program for some reason could not sent out options and customers did not receive our estimates on a regular bases.
