For one, the number one feature that I loved about past was the simple fact that when I do pest control, I am able to actually reopen the service ticket and make adjustments if I forgot something a previous pest control application. Once you close out the ticket you cannot go back in and make adjustments or add any notes or pictures to it but with this one you definitely can as long as it doesn’t get uploaded and removed from your schedule usually I have about 24 hours to Make any tweaks or adjustments or add anything or take away from the service ticket .

Although this seems to be every software we have tried, the ability to keep clocked in once midnight occurs for overnight shifts without having to time out and time back in again.  

Easy to generate any report we want or put in materials, or customize anything especially pesticide reporting which is a huge deal for us.

The Customer data entry screen is very high functioning and helps you to track everything from basic customer information to warranty claims to advertising ROI.

I like the dispatch/assigning/scheduling to our techs, love the ability to assign and change customer credentials, like multiple tickets for one customer, like being able to hav 3rd party contractors access without allowing full editing access.

It is also difficult to arrive at correct sales information in the reports due to the variations in the reports and the requirements to complete jobs in order to report data.

The scheduling feature is awesome as appointments can be rescheduled on the calendar, as well as in the client record.

The program and the app frequently freezes and some requests, asking for different configurations to on tickets or reports are not handled immediately, or in a timely manner.  

The flow of making a work order isn't super smooth.   When completing out a work order, you have to scroll down, then back up or the job can't be changed to delivered status.

This software is clunky and made for the people in the office not the technicians who actually go out and make money for the business.

HOURS THAT ARE NEEDED FOR A JOB CHANGES EVERYTIME YOU GO IN TO ASSIGN A TECH AND WE HAVE TO REMEMBER TO CHECK IT AFTER SAVING TO MAKE SURE HOURS NEEDED IS CORRECT.  

In the sales calls they promised me they would make sure I hit the ground running. When it because apparent their service wasn't going to work for me they wouldn't let me break my contract.
