I also really like the phantom order plug in to get a better idea of how what you are quoting can affect the rest of the orders on each machines schedule before you even get the new order.

All you have to do is conform to the system and you will find very few problems in your operation.

Visually appealing, easy to navigate, good support with the use of AI or humans if needed through the chat.

I also think the shipping module could use some improvement.  

It's not that I don't like it but there are so many features I'm concerned I'll miss something of value.

This application is expensive and not very user-friendly.

Support is not knowledgeable or helpful.  

Some of the menus do get deep and there are a lot of ways to navigate to the same location.

Trust me, their representatives won't help you.

Thanks [sensitive content hidden]!)The rollout to the shop floor personnel was 1 day of training which left them with more questions that we had answers. As I got more comfortable with the system, which was not more than a few months, I was able to develop training specifically for our floor personnel to understand the intricacies of ProShop and how their inputs drove the system.

Our Training Implementer was very knowledgeable about the system and a great teacher.

This is truly a one stop manufacturing system.

The team at ProShop is unbelievably great.

We don't have any major issues with the software because each time we've encountered an issue, a customer representative has either helped us resolve it, or they have shown us how we can adapt and find a solution for the time being.

ProShop ERP is an ERP & QMS system that was created by the owners and operators of a machine shop.

It is a complex system but it isn't overly complicated to navigate.

The training we (high level) received was spread over many online sessions and I think it prepared us for the basic operation but after the rollout, I know I was bugging my rep.

In addition, it was critical that our QMS was integrated such that it would enable us to achieve ISO9001.

Every step of the way is recorded accurately while maintaining a user friendly format that prevents frustration or wasted time.

We utilize the estimating templates, which we have customized for our specific needs, to create accurate estimates in less time than before we had the system, moving an estimate to a quote takes a couple of mouse clicks, when a customer PO comes in creating a Work Order is another couple of mouse clicks, the same to create packing lists and invoices from the Work Order.

Takes a while to learn the system you need to be prepared for around 6 months of teething problems unless you have a experienced user that would make a world of difference.

It is easy to operate and navigate when searching for something.

Ease of use, training is thorough and always available, support team are the best no problem too small or too big they always find way to help, and able to run the business remotely even on the other side of the world.

Inspection reports, Document lists, Carton Labels all add to the professional presentation of the job when the customer receives it.

I feel the process of leaving a tie-in for 2nd shift operators could be improved.

Overall, it's been a big change for us but now I feel we have more control of our workflow and that's what I really wanted out of an ERP system in the first place.

This is great when you are investigating something, whether it's something that went right or wrong, the data is there and will reveal the information you need within a few clicks. Once it is setup, it is very easy to maintain.

a Quick job can have a very basic Template that outputs a very simple Work Order - so no time is wasted on excessive data entry.

Even if something is minor, they can and will explain it to you and help you resolve any issues.
