“If you have no issues because you are a simple business and have very simple accounting, you can get a decent experience and good value for what this software offers. If you are more advanced and actually care about what your chart of accounts looks like and want to customize it with account numbers and change the default names, beware. If you also want to have control over what get classed where and use accrual basis of accounting where you regularly enter journal entries - my experience is that you will be frustrated from time to time with the system creating new accounts, duplicating accounts and chainging the field mapping in a way where one day you wake up and realize that your Payroll Liabilities are a complete mess with duplicate accounts and inconsistent entries.”
