ReclaimHub is a cloud-based lost property software solution that allows businesses to manage an unlimited number of lost and found items. An online dashboard control panel is accessible across every web-enabled device, while self-service functionality is also made public via an embedded widget. This allows customers to report lost property through an existing website, with staff able to log reports manually if reported in person, over phone or email etc. Lost item details can also include uploaded images, alongside customizable categories for logging unique descriptions. These records can be queried quickly with item search functionality, before intelligent auto-matching capabilities place found items with their most likely owners.

Reclaimhub has been a great improvement for our lost and found system. Before we were using spreadsheets to track our items. Reclaimhub is quick and efficient, allowing our lost and found system to be managed easier.
Reclaimhub is easy to use and navigate The ability to set a expiry date for items helps keep our system organized without having items longer than we need. The support and communication with Reclaimhub has been great
The software could use more features like being able to print a lost and found tag to accompany the item. It would be nice to be able to archive or delete locations that are no longer valid.

Helps with keeping track of a large quantity of items. Also we love the ability to add pictures, it helps us recognize items faster.
When editing items the page doesn't refresh itself well. Ex, when arching an item it doesn't show that the item has been archived right away and will still appear.
