You cant directly print a kit list or export PDF from a booking so we can print a physical kit list to help with our prep, instead we have to export an excel file with all the information and then delete the columns that are irrelevant, incredibly time consuming. When it shows the calendar view of booking availability it shows that its booked but you cant just click on the calendar and see the times and user, it just shows their e-mail in the booking which for us doesnt work as its just a student number.

Love the inventory management features that also allow us to send alerts when low on items.

The UI at some ponts can be messy, and it's not always easy to know where you can click in a menu of many items, such as showing more info about an item you need to click very specific, instead of the whole item.

Reftab is geared toward assets that will be checked in/out while we use it as a way to manage customer assets that we've deployed in a permanent fashion so there have been some workarounds that we've had to implement, but the software tracking that's included more than makes up for any slight inconvenience.

Lifecycle managed is also a big benefit with reports off when a device have reached it's end of warranty.
