Safety Evolution is an automated safety management system designed for small and medium sized businesses in industries including manufacturing, construction, utilities, transportation, oil & gas, and mining. Safety Evolution can provide a health and safety program framework, with safe work practices & procedures and a safety manual built to meet industry standards, or existing paper-based safety programs can be loaded into the system.

Safety Evolution’s automated employee management system covers the onboarding, orientation, training, and competency management of workers. New workers are sent an email invite including a link to start the onboarding process, and then complete a custom orientation designed to consistently deliver a company-endorsed message. Worker training and competencies can be tracked, with users able to access training information to ensure that worker training is up-to-date. Supervisors can also access training records for reference. Behavior based safety programs can be set up, incorporating planned observations for high risk activities, worker observations, near-miss reporting, and hazard identification (HID) programs.

Safety Evolution automates corrective action workflows for site, equipment, and vehicle inspections, and HID programs. Automated forms are provided for hazard assessments, and identified hazards are automatically tracked and trended, and real-time risk matrices developed and displayed in user dashboards. Real-time analytics give users insight into the risks being documented by workers, with hazards, corrective actions, and behaviors highlighted in graphs within user dashboard.
