Scafflinq is a cloud platform for scaffold inspections, digital Scafftags, handovers and live scaffold registers. Its web portal and iOS/Android apps connect scaffold contractors, inspectors, office staff and safety teams, while public QR access gives builders and site visitors current scaffold information.

Custom inspections and handovers

Build checklist groups and questions in the Admin Portal, change their order and set default Yes, No or N/A responses. Revisions affect future inspections while preserving completed records. In the mobile app, inspectors complete checks, attach photos, record outcomes and sign off. Configure minimum photo requirements and whether customer contact/signature details are hidden, optional or required. Generate handover PDFs with your company logo, header text and acceptance conditions, then email them to project recipients.

Account and project registers

The account-wide Scaffold Register gives Admins and Managers a consolidated view of scaffold locations, erection/dismantling dates, on-hire durations, duty categories, safety and installation status, and last/next inspections. Filter columns, narrow the view to a project and export the register to Excel. Each project also has a downloadable Site Scaffold Register QR poster. Anyone can scan it to view that project's live register, inspection dates and handover certificates without an account or app.

Live oversight

Web dashboards and mobile reporting surface overdue and upcoming inspections, recent results and inspector activity. Use the interactive project map for site summaries and geographic visibility, or global search to find projects, scaffolds, inspections and users. Set inspection intervals, app/email reminder preferences and amber warning periods. Scaffolds with overdue inspections automatically display an unsafe status, distinguished from an unsafe inspection outcome.

Documents, teams and records

Store project documents including SWMS, engineering drawings, site procedures and client files, accessible across logged-in devices. Keep scaffold inspection history and evidence together. Organise projects by branch, assign inspectors, and control access through Admin, Manager and Inspector roles. Archive finished projects and retain access to historical records. Replace damaged tags without losing inspection history.

Site access and industrial use

Public scanning opens scaffold status, inspection information and special conditions; site users can report issues with photo evidence. Additional access tags use individual QR codes that all open one scaffold record and inspection history. Optional 100% tie-off status communicates conditional use requirements. Load classes and duty ratings can be configured by supported regional standard.
