Its dispatching feature and customer feature is by far my personal favorite, as we are able to easily save a customers info into the software, and look back on their profile at any point for past jobs, invoices, estimates, equipment, etc. and just as easily dispatch out a technician to the job to work.

ServiceTitan’s support feels slow, unresponsive, and disorganized, with tickets dragging on for weeks, repeated escalations, and limited follow‑through, which is especially painful when complex glitches, billing problems, or onboarding issues are blocking day‑to‑day operations.

This approach eliminates the necessity of forcing users to set their devices to the time zone of their work location, instead of their actual living location or the need to purchase a new device.

Tying pricing to a minimum tech count can feel restrictive, especially for companies that are scaling intentionally or optimizing efficiency before adding people.

The call recording has saved us numerous times and all the other features that are packed into this software are wonderful to help with so many aspects of operating a business.

From my perspective, growth should be driven by operational readiness and real demand—not by hitting a headcount threshold to justify software costs.

It is a one stop shop for our business needs from reports and accounting to payroll to invoicing to inventory and purchasing with Marketing and GPS tracking.

This software has features to help every employee across the company - Customer Service Representatives, dispatchers, sales people, technicians, warehouse clerks, etc.

The customer receives a text and email notification when the appointment is booked, as well as a reminder the day before the appointment. When our technicians dispatch to a customer, the customer receives a text message and the techs picture.

The support team struggles with minimally complex tasks, often requiring me to troubleshoot and explain the underlying problems.

ServiceTitan has numerous bugs and system flaws, making it making it not worth five times the cost of Housecall Pro.

My schedule is clean, the invoices and estimates keep the workflow smooth.

I don't credit Service Titan with bringing us the growyh opportunities, but Service Titan 100% allowed us to take on a much higher workload, streamloned business and allowed us to continue accepting more qork and new clients.  

I’m not a fan of the escalated growth plan that requires a minimum number of managed technicians for billing.

ServiceTitan is a widely used software, so it makes it easy to find videos and other real users to whom you can ask questions.

The inventory system can be challenging when scaling, especially if you don’t have dedicated personnel to manage setup and ongoing maintenance.

I really enjoy the scheduled reports that get emailed out to whomever you choose.

I would like the office accounts to have more abilities and that the program offered more tracking and KPIs for office staff.

The platform was too complex, the sales pitch was good, but what you actually sign the contract for is less than the add-on costs for each module that they don't disclose on the front end.

What I liked most about ServiceTitan was how easy and painless it was to setup for the business and link multiple devices keeping everyone connected.

However, like any robust software, it requires proper setup and ongoing management to maximize its potential—especially in areas like inventory.

It is so nice to have everything in the same spot, invoicing, dispatch, pricebook, inventory, payroll, etc.
