Shippo is the leading multi-carrier eCommerce shipping platform that enables users to compare rates from 85+ global carriers in real-time, print shipping labels, and track packages from dispatch to delivery.  Our platform also offers tools to streamline customer notifications & package returns.

The main drawback has been the responsiveness of support. When everything is running smoothly, ShipStation is a huge time‑saver, but during moments when you need quick assistance—especially on tight project deadlines—waiting for support can be frustrating.

Despite its strengths, ShipStation can feel complicated when you’re first learning the system, especially if you manage multiple stores or carriers.

Overall, ShipStation is a fantastic tool for managing shipping/tracking with multiple ship vendors.

The software has a strong feature set on paper, but in practice I dealt with enough recurring issues that it became frustrating.

Some features are buried behind menus, and certain advanced tools require extra setup that isn’t always intuitive.

The fix requires changing one field reference in their integration code.

WooCommerce, in particular, connects effortlessly, making it easy to pull orders, manage shipments, and keep everything in sync without extra work on my end.
