I like that the Sign in App provides great security features, the sign in process makes tracking guests and employees easy, and we can print out a guest pass to they can be spotted throughout the facility.

It was a bit rough starting out with connectivity and the printer was leaving streaks on the badges but we got all the issues resolved.

The system has a limit on how many different groups can be created and this has been tricky to manage at times, more would be better.  

It is  a very good system for beginning with but i must say there is a lot of potential to alter the system for individual customers as it provide much better options for the users.

I would also like to see automatic signing in/out using a geofence to be introduced, although I understand this is coming in a future update.

The only fault, I can think of, and it's not really a fault, is that it only integrates with the brother ticket printers.
