This is really how they make their money - they auto renew with NO refund policy and no attempt at customer service with an awful 30day policy from the first invoice (not even sure when that was even sent out?) And they never reply.

Look, SignRequest doesn't do a lot. But what it lets you do saves so much time and hassle. When you work freelance you need to have lots of contracts etc signed - gone are the days of printing, signing, scanning, emailing, etc.

I wish there was a way to use something like Zapier to automatically send out sign request whenever we got a new client, or to collect credit card information through the forms, those are currently not offered.
