Pros
Overall I'm happy with SignRequest - it fit exactly what I was looking for. Easy uploading of documents, ease in placing spaces for signatures, ease of use for my clients.
Overall quality if very good, easy to use, features and functionality and excellent has great customer support and definitely good value of money.
All-in-all a great resource for managing communication requiring signatures, great value for money and great customer service.
Cons
I have multiple Gmail accounts and find it frustrating that I have to login every time that I open the app, (and occasionally, because of this, the login fails, and I'm unable to use the app).
Having to repeatedly upload docs etc sometimes is a pain.
No Integration with google contacts. Cut & paste of email addresses required keyboard shortcut ctrl-V instead of mouse click.

Valuable signature tool for any company working with contracts.

Really great piece of software, we used the free version at our previous company and are considering the premium version, however we would like to see some extra features like a possibility to feature links in the documents or add a check box or scrollable section fot T&C's which you can copy paste on and let clients check or something. It would be perfect if in the future there would be a wizard for making contracts in your own house style. This piece of software is in many cases a great alternative for other solutions like DocuSign. I hope that as well for the free version as for the paid value will keep growing. We recommended SignRequest to all our clients and will keep doing so in the future. A good product like this one will automatically create it's ambassadors. GREAT!

Pros

- Free version available - Easy to register - Easy to use - Instructs users well - Notifications possible and easy to switch on/off - Friendly customer service - Hassle free experience overall

Cons

- Could have more features like addition of links / t&c checkbox etc. - The paid option pop up show far too often lately.

Best and easiest e-signing app

Easy and quick signing of documents, solves the problem of sending documents over regular mail and wait days to get them back. It saves an enormous amount of time by making possible e-signing of legal documents with ease.

Pros

It´s the best and easiest app that I have ever used for e-signing. Very intuitive and simple to use. I love it.

Cons

Customization of the look of the email for the recipient.

A bit of work to setup, but strong product

For the price point, you can't beat the features.

Pros

It is a good product, with a good feature set esp. for the price point. It has a nice user interface and is pretty straightforward to learn. The support is overseas so there is a bit of a delay but overall they are very responsive. Again the features for the pricing is superb!

Cons

Compared to other, similar tools, it does have a few less features and the user interface works for me, but is most tedious to use. There are features in the works, so some of these things may be corrected/improved in the near future.

Great for Freelancers and Remote Workers

It does make signing contracts, NDAs and recently, even a new office lease, much simpler and nice and legal, something that is always a concern for both freelancer and client

Pros

It put an end to back and forth emails - that get lost - to sign contracts and non disclosure agreements. It's very customizable and it has made getting projects started faster and more efficient.

Cons

Very little. It could get a little pricey if you used it a lot, but for my purposes - 3-4 signatures a week - it's working very well.

Very pleasant, user friendly and covering all the aspects I need

peace of mind that everything I do has been verified, agreed with and signed off. This kind of process provides both my company and our clients with the security of knowing that matters have been agreed and signed in agreement to this. Plus it is legal and binding - this is a really huge bonus!

Pros

The fact that it is so neat and user friendly, plus all the documents are stored and easy to access.

Cons

Very little - the only thing I would like to be able to do is to reposition the date and my signature at the end of the process (when signing)
