I was able to set up most of the system on my own thanks to its clear and user-friendly interface. Whenever I wasn’t sure about something, I could either use the built-in AI search tool—which pulls information directly from their materials—or contact live support.

I have to confirm the customers, if they wanted to cancel the whole booking or if they only wanted to cancel single people in the booking (100% wanted to cancel the whole group and arent even aware they did not).

Invoices then are also correctly generated for the price of 4. But if the customer cancels their group booking, it is not possible to do that for the group of 4 people, instead technically the cancellation is 1 out of 4 bookings of this group, and 3 remains.

Secondly, If I book a client for them on my booking page, not the admin side, if I go to book someone else the last person info is still there and I cant seem to get rid of it without shutting the app or desktop off  and then rebooting..
