simTRAC is a cloud-based vehicle tracking and fleet management software from simPRO which allows fleet managers to monitor and communicate with field employees in real-time. The solution can also be integrated with simPRO Enterprise and Garmin for job scheduling, dispatch, in-car messaging, navigation, and more.

With simTRAC, users can track the location of their entire fleet in real-time, from any internet-enabled device. Time-lapse replays of vehicle movements can be watched for an entire day, with speed controls and markers for all stops made. simTRAC’s geofencing feature allows users to define perimeters around multiple areas, and automatically generates notifications whenever a vehicle passes over these boundaries. Vehicle speeds can also be monitored within these defined areas, and users are alerted to any speeding incidents.

simTRAC’s maintenance planner automatically notifies users when any of their vehicles are due to be serviced, and the built-in booking system enables the immediate booking of service appointments. Drivers can be assigned to vehicles, and driver ID tags enable the recording of driver histories for each vehicle. A range of detailed reports can be generated for vehicle speeds, travel times, on-site times, and more. simTRAC also offers an API for integrating with third party systems.
