Admin and Sales support

The lack of ability to link purchase orders to sales orders without all material being allocated to the original sales order. When looking at an inventory item, the 'usage' button does not have the dates of the material usage.

We have found that the software can occasionally become slow, freeze, or crash when several tabs are being used simultaneously, particularly during busy periods when users are switching between jobs, quotations, and production information. While these issues are not frequent enough to significantly impact day-to-day operations, they can be frustrating and may result in lost time if work needs to be repeated.

The system has improved visibility across projects, resources, purchasing, and inventory, helping us work more efficiently and with greater confidence in our data. While there is a learning curve for some of the more advanced features, the benefits of having an integrated solution have far outweighed any challenges.

Statii gave us a full MRP solution that enabled us to replace multiple Excel spreadsheets with a single, integrated system, improving efficiency, visibility, and data accuracy - [sensitive content hidden] full of knowledge on the system also is a massive help.

Can be very tedious when quoting items that are manufactured to a bespoke build. When a customer orders from an older revision of a quote, it's very time consuming to go back through the quote & change it back - should be an option to load an older revision. If the customer needs to change something after the quote has been converted to a sales order, it can be tedious to change these things.

Statii is full of 'attach' buttons so you can attach pretty much everything and anything, eliminating the need for multiple physical folders and paper.

It has completely replaces our old simple and the business runs more smoothly as everything is in one place. While setting the system up is time consuming ,the system offers fantastic value for money and the customer support is excellent.

What I think is good about Statii is that it keeps everything organised in one system, including quotes, orders, and job tracking.

It is a useful system that helps keep jobs, quotes, and orders organised in one place, making work easier to manage.

It simplifies the process from quote to invoicing and links it all with our accounting software.  

Before Statii we was a paper based office and now the printer only gets used to print job cards and customer delivery notes.

It provides strong process control and has improved the way we manage production flow across the business.

No search function- would be better if you could search for items in inventory rather than having to rely on filtering or scrolling through lots of products

It can feel restrictive at times with limited flexibility in templates and customisation.

The things I like most about Statii is the traceability and how everything is tied together, but also how easy it to use compared to other systems which from the outside looking in seem bland and over complicated.

The system has helped us with our order management and inventory management.

One thing I noticed is that while Statii emphasizes simplicity and ease of use, that same focus can mean it has fewer advanced features than some larger enterprise ERP platforms.

Also the inventory scheduling could be improved upon.
