Stone Profit Systems is a web-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) software designed to help businesses in the stone and tile industry manage inventory, purchasing, sales, and accounting operations. Features include barcode scanning, delivery scheduling, email notifications, dispatching, quote creation, reporting, and analysis.
The application enables distributors to assign inventory consignment locations to clients and determine the profitability and average shelf life of items in each consignment through the analysis engine. Wholesalers can print labels and record various details about products present on-hold such as retailer names, date of creation/expiration, and required slab types. Businesses can also store a variety of information about slabs related to purchasing or sales history, landed costs, or selling price.
Stone Profit Systems helps fabricators track remnant pieces and save every alternate name of a product used by suppliers or customers for quick identification. It also enables manufacturers to calculate the selling price of items based on the cost of electricity, saw blades, labor, and other consumables used in production. Administrators can also set up access privileges for different user groups, reset passwords, and monitor login sessions and IP addresses.
