There is a LONG lag time between questions, and it makes it difficult to register a heavy flow of traffic (job fairs, trainings, workshops).

Terrible costumer service so that issues do not get resolved in a timely manner and the customer is always gone by the time they respond.

However, we chose to stay, and are glad we did, due to the steady enhancements in the ticketing system, payment portals, and the increased engagement from our account manager, who has made a conscious effort to be present and work collaboratively with us on solutions.

The main thing that sold Roller to me was the ability to sell multiple sessions and still have the sessions in the "break time" up for sale, this opened our available sessions and instantly made a difference to our capacity.

They’re flexible, fairly intuitive, and make it easy to manage sessions, peak/off-peak pricing and promos.

On the positive side, that original promise is still visible in the capacity management and price rules, which are genuinely good.
