It offers a host of features such as dual screen visibility, calendar-based scheduling, automatic map updates, route optimization, Google maps interface, automated permission slips, and more. The application lets supervisors organize and manage field trips, athletic trips, and other transportation needs.
Travel Tracker allows institutions to receive trip requests through online forms in a centralized inbox and automatically forward them to authorized members for approval. Administrators can also schedule buses and drivers, create custom invoices, and generate reports using the built-in tracking dashboard.
