It was quite an amazing experience with uipath, i have tried many other rpa tools , but uipath is found to the fastest accurate and has wide range of support (like vendor support and community forum)
Uipath is so powerful and can be integrated with much of the application, it is so reliable, easy to use, Configure, learn, adopt, and manage
The software uses a studio , which should be installed locally in some system for development, if it can be converted to cloud studio then it will be so powerful and useful. Web studio is already present in uipath still it doesn't have access to local machine

Overall it's a very good automation tool and it has a lot of features for automating Citrix and mainframe applications.
The best thing that I liked about UiPath is its scalability, you can automate hundreds of processes and it's easy to manage all those robots from a centralized control room called Orchestrator.
UiPath Studio is built as a windows application and installation and maintenance require some technical knowledge. It's good to have a cloud version of the UiPath Studio.

Overall experience has been amazing. This is such a stable RPA platform with offerings such as AI Fabric, UIPath Insights, Task Capture, Process Capture and the amazing UiPath Academy
UI automation is quite robust, the selectors are quite stable
I personally don't like the user interface of the UiPath Studio

Content Aggregation Bot. the user will give keyword as an input and the input can be anything for example booking a flight, hotel room booking, etc. Uipath is easy to configure with the API for booking and using 3rd party applications and parsing the json inputs using node js. Hence, completely automation of the above said problem.
Uipath Studio is very user friendly as well as no need of any powerful technical knowledge to use it.
Studio related and some important activities related video tutorial will added more benefits to it.

Its seamless connectivity SQL or related database has enabled us to integrate different platforms.
UiPath Studio is very easy to use and its features and activities are self explanatory.
Along with typing in activities or variables names on the Universal Search bar if the user is also given an option to right click on the element and get all the related dependencies in a window it will be very helpful.

Uipath helped our organisation in performing daily excel tasks more efficiently and fast. I can say there is good increase in productivity.
Uipath provides a free academy for every individual to learn and bring awareness among the tool and it's uses. The video classes and tests will provide ease of understanding. The scraping wizards and excels automations help in mimicking daily time taking tasks. Over all Uipath is easy to handle and user friendly. An individual with no coding knowledge can also master Uipath.
There exists no drawabacks with Uipath studio. But providing some more video classes in the academy would be helpful.

overall experience was smooth and transition was great. It was easy to learn and to work as well.
Easy integration Effective Training modules Tight security
The real-time issue in the Ui Studio sometimes creates problems rather than that it doesn't have any such issue.

I like this tool very much because of easy to learn and implement, after implementation, we can save lot of human hours and cost-saving too.
in the studio, we have a library option the library package is strict or the lowest applicable version, because of this when library changes the package needs to change and republish again, to solve this problem we should have the highest applicable version as well while installing the package from the studio.

UiPath can automate everything with its features I can automate things that I would be able to automate using other tools
the user friendliness that uipath studio offers and the big community behind that backs every other member and new comer.
Nothing so far maybe the rate of releases but this is only because the tool is still fresh and there is a big room to improve it.

A lot of repetitive tasks have been automated resulting in better quality results and lower costs.
Extremely easy to understand and use the development and design componentd UI studio. No coding experience required Free community edition and certification
You need to have really good machines to work with UI studio. Executing the automations by UI robots takes up lot of memory.

It is very easy to use, intuitive and allows for FrontOffice and BackOffice. Is has a lots os ready to use components that let you automate a vast number of applications right away.
For big processes workflows the UiPath Studio becomes slow to develop (but not to run). Sometimes it crashes due to a large amount of memory usage.

With automation you can creates daily reconciliation report with no error(UiPath help to retrieve report from SAP, Mainframe, web sites, etc and VBA Macros helps to create report very quickly...very useful for back office works)
1) Fast Coding... Complete Project very Quickly 2) Easy to understand UiPath Studio and its components 3) All Components are separate like UiPath studio, Orchestrator, UiExplorer for creating complex selectors 4) Easy to Integrate third party library 5) UiPath is having community forum and any member can provide solutions... advantage of this you will get solution in very less time
1) Any one can see code and change the code....No login authentication Only one cons I have seen so far.

Automatic filling of web forms for request of services; searching customer and providers information on government websites (validate registration numbers and expired date.)
The Studio tool: environment for development with a lot of components. Easy to test or simulate the process. Flexibility to use attended or unattended robots
The architecture and database requirements for Orchestrator. The price of Orchestrator Licenses.

I have started using Uipath from 2016 and seen tremendous changes and improvement in a software. Very innovative Ideas are implemented. I am happy to use this software
Product is very easy to use, its just you have to search for activity , then drag and drop it. Very useful for excel, outlook and web automation. Uipath Orchestrator dashboard is simple and understandable. Type of License are very well design and planned. Its easy to integrate with Git, SVN and TFS repository to store the code.
Not reliable for Citrix automation, Some time studio gets failed to identify the selectors. No option to Import and export of assets from one environment to other.

We have had a very positive experience, and have extended the lifetime of legacy systems, while refreshing them, and integrating them into the updated IT landscape through the various tools and methods provided by UiPath.
UiPath is now a fully cloud based system. It is well architected, and access to tools and functionality is relatively simple, thus enabling teams to become productive and creating value for your organization quickly. UiPath Studio is a complete IDE to create automations, and has a large marketplace for tools and plugins. There is an active community, so finding help is not difficult.
UiPath studio is resource intensive. I hope to see better resource utilization in future. Overall UiPath is great solution to begin automating IT aspects of any company.

We are currently undergoing major internal Finance automation, using UiPath to automate SAP tools and other Fujitsu bespoke systems which large projected ROIs.
UiPath allows for robots to be built however you or the CoE seem fit with minimal hoops being jumped through. UiPath's inbuilt activities plus the ability to create custom ones allows for all manner of processes to be automated.
When debugging, some bugs in studio often rear their ugly heads leading to unexpected results. Furthermore, some errors are not as easily identifiable from just their code/message.

1. Citizen Development - Low code/No code platform2. Insight of Automation3. Document understanding - Extraction and automation of unstructured data4. End to End automation
The cost of the Product is more, need technical skill for RPA developer. Even though it has citizen developer they have depend on Uipath Studio for end to end automation

Repetitive tasks such as invoice, payroll, finance, etc are automated. Reduced the man power a lot. Gives more profit to the company.
Support from the team is good from initial contact till final deployment. Provided OCR support without cost. The modules are functioning well. UI of UiPath Studio is user-friendly.
Licensing of the product is difficult. Documentation needs to be improved, otherwise requires support from Developer portal. Customization requires coding, it is difficult for non-developers. Implementation requires effort of no-technical team.

I have been using it for over a year. UiPath offers free training on its website and it is the most detailed and complete training. When I am using UiPath I feel that I have more resources to make my automation more reliable.
UiPath is the most complete tool available for process automation. It offers a great set of activities in Studio to develop workflows. It can automate web, citrix, and other applications. It offers a framework that helps develope more reliable automation. Also there is the Orchestrator where one can manage the digital workforce, manage queues and resources.
If you are using the regular Studio you need to have some knowledge on C#. If you're not used to the programming language it can become less trivial to automate a process.

Automated many of the office repetitive tasks such as invoice, payroll, finance, etc. So this reduced much of the man power. Thus gives more ROI for the company.
Excellent support from initial contact till final deployment. OCR support is excellent provided for free of cost. The modules functionality is good, particularly UiPath Studio is very user friendly.
Licensing of the product is not easy to understand. Documentation is not detailed. It requires support from Community portal. Coding is needed for customization, it is difficult for non-developers.

There's a lot of benefits with Uipath since automating simple plan processes to the big huge and complex logics . There tons of activities that can be easily seized for any purpose.
This is a very extensive-complete tool that gives you everything you need for automations and even more than you expect. It's an easy-learning path that requires the minimum knowledge for start automating process. With UiPath you hand a world on your hands, just for you to set your mind and start working on making it real.
In the past the training videos were given with an out of date version of Uipath Studio, but that has been fixed and new versionings have been released and everything goes well.

UIPath has a very intuitive user interface, which allows people with little programming knowledge to easily "assemble" robots from pre-built components (activities). Also, the choice for VB.Net as programming language was very wise, as many users are not from the IT field, but instead had previous knowledge in developing macros in Excel.
The cost of licenses is discouraging to small/medium business, especially in developing countries. Also the licenses themselves are hard to understand. One kind allows you to run your robot while developing it in the Studio, but you are not supposed to run in production environment, although technically you could. There's also another one that only use to run the robots, but technically you can use it with the Studio for development (except for the Debugging functionality).

Fine. USability A GUI capabilities A Selenium capabilities - B+ QTP capabilities A Framework design and high level automation : don't know Sir.
Wow, 1. Free evaluation licensing, 2. ROI on investment 3. Object repository capaibilities like QTP, totally missing in selenium 4. Frameworks seem to be there, all qa models in software testing have frameworks, you will also get there soon.
Cons: Sorry to say, no market in 50BN US $ Software automation market in 2017 AD. 2. Nobody is giving any certification in Selenium unlike QTP, yet top R&D countries like USA, India, UK, Australia, Israel, Canda, and Japan maybe will go after selenium 3. If a software SDET, QA DEv or automation engineer is looking for an SAP type career it has ended, QTP is no more. For mobile markets open...
