Versentia is a cloud-based inspection, testing, and certification management system designed for use in a range of industries, and suitable for inspections of all types of object using custom inspection surveys. Native apps for Android, iOS, and Windows Phone allow inspectors to view their appointment times and routes, access client contact information, gather data, upload photos, submit completed surveys, and more.

Versentia includes an auto-routing system which creates optimized routes for inspectors based on the city, state, zip code, and number of required locations. Routes can be reviewed and edited before deployment, or created manually if a more hands-on approach is desired. Multiple locations can be managed, with custom data fields, file attachments, event history records, and more.

Using Versentia, quotes can be created in the built-in quoting system and emailed to potential clients, requiring only the input of the locations and required services. Once a quote is agreed, service agreements can be finalized by verifying details of the location and object. Quote metrics are presented on Versentia’s dashboards, enabling users to see the number of quotes being accepted by clients. When a service has been carried out, invoices can be created, customized, and sent to clients. Payments by paper check can be recorded, or clients can pay their bills online through the Client Access portal. The portal also allows clients to view their location information, inspection histories, request inspections, ask questions, and more.
