What is Versentia?

Versentia is a cloud-based inspection, testing, and certification management system designed for use in a range of industries, and suitable for inspections of all types of object using custom inspection surveys. Native apps for Android, iOS, and Windows Phone allow inspectors to view their appointment times and routes, access client contact information, gather data, upload photos, submit completed surveys, and more.

Key benefits of using Versentia

  • Optimum inspector routes are automatically created by the auto-routing system, and users can edit and schedule routes before deployment.

  • Built-in dashboards give users an overview of company data, with default executive, operations, and financial dashboards which can be filtered by year, quarter, and month.

  • Invoices can be created, customized, sent, and tracked, and payments made through the main portal or the Client Access portal, with customizable billing options allowing flexibility for clients.

  • The Client Access portal gives clients access to their information, and the ability to submit questions and request inspections.

  • The mobile field app enables inspectors to view their routes using Google Maps, download and edit work, and submit completed surveys.

    Great Field Software

    We have been using this product for years. It has helped us create a more efficient backend with scheduling, routing and customer management, as well as allow our field staff to utilize a platform that easily compliments their skill set and the data they need to collect. Anyone who is looking for a great platform that can advance your business from paper to paperless should look here.

    Customer support is exceptionally lacking

    Pros

    Very flexible and can be tailored to your companies needs. But that’s if someone actually answers your call or returns it. I’ve been waiting for 4 months for the owner to call me back.

    Cons

    Terrible curtomer support. Not enough staff. The other reviews are from the owner. Don’t believe it.

    Our company used this software for our toughest business requirements and it helped us be extremely successful. The key to this platform is the fact that the in-the-field piece works so well with our technicians. It is something that was absolutely built with them in mind.
