What is vistrax?
vistrax is the user-friendly product solution for your company. It is GDPR-compliant, flexible at use and can adapt to your requests. Welcome and organise visitors with a range of functions, including the Web client, the Self Input App, emergency lists for an evacuation, pre-configured e-mail notifications and much more. vistrax offers you the possibility to easily manage visitors with fixed appointments, permanent guests as well as spontaneous guests.
The Web Client enables all entitled users of the company to record their visits in advance. There is no need of a prior system installation on the corresponding device. This way, visits can thus be captured by the specialist department without causing long queues at the reception. If the reception is potentially busy, your guests can use the Self Input App to record their own data. The app guides you through the registration process in just a few steps and is available for both iOS and Android. The app is currently available in 12 languages.
After your visitors are successfully registered, vistrax offers the option to set up e-mail notifications that all staff members can receive at previously configured points. This way, they can be informed about the arrival and registration of your guests. In line with your corporate identity, the email invitations can also contain directions, a personalised QR registration code or information on any behavioural guidelines.
Would you additionally like to match your guests' visitor badges with the company's corporate design? No worries! The visitor documents are freely designable and can be selected from a wide material portfolio, which can be exchanged at will.
